PAPA 2008 - The Phoenix Annual Parade of the Arts

November 1. Now in its third year, PAPA continues with its FREE high-energy celebration of creativity. “The Worlds Only Parading Arts Fair,” as it has become known, gives all members of our community the opportunity to express themselves through costumes, art, and performance while marching together through the streets of Downtown Phoenix. Everyone is invited to walk, ride, dance, or crawl along in the parade. Attendees not interested in parading are welcome to line the streets and cheer the procession. This is a FREE event. PAPA also features live music on the main stage, magic, street performers, costume contests, food and info from downtown businesses and much more. PAPA begins at 4pm.
